Payment and Cancellation: Bookings are guaranteed at the time of booking with a 1-night deposit of the Cabin/RV Park space rented.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 30 days prior to 3 pm day of arrival local resort time to avoid being charged for the entire stay.


Cancellation made prior to 30 days will be charged a $50 service fee. Remainder of one nights deposit will be refunded.


Parties will be held responsible for entire reservation unless cancelled as stated above. Early departures may be eligible for refunds on a case-by-case basis depending on availability, time of year, and/or reason for early departure.


Refunds are at the discretion of Taylor Park Trading Post. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks for issue.


Same day bookings will be charged the full amount and the charges are non-refundable.


Check-In/Check-Out:  Our Check-In time is 3 pm &  Check-Out is 10:30 am


Pets:  Your pets are more than welcome in our cabins!  Pet fee is $30 per pet per night.  Please declare them at Check-In or at your booking time.  If there are any undeclared pets there will be a $250 cleaning charge. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CABINS 33 AND 34 : THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED
